This Garlic Season-All was developed by ranchers in the Sierra Nevada foothills of California. The combination of robust California garlic, herbs and spices give this seasoning a unique all-purpose quality.
Directions for use: Use as a dry rub on roasts of lamb, pork, beef and wild game before grilling or oven roasting. Coat generously. Sprinkle on chops, steaks, burgers, poultry and fish. Add to all vegetable, stews and sauces.
