Lamb Shanks and Mashed Potatoes

Fat Free Ranch Mash

Ingredients:

6 med. potatoes

1/4 cup Nonfat milk

Cow Camp Garlic Season-All

Directions:

Peel & cut potatoes; cover with water; add 1/4 c. Cow Camp Garlic Season-All. Boil until tender, drain and mash. Add nonfat milk for desired consistency.

Shepherd's Shanks

Ingredients:

4 Ibs. lamb shanks

Cow Camp Garlic Season-All

2 lg onions

1 1/2 cup burgundy wine

1/2 cup olive oil.

Directions:

Heat oil in Dutch oven, season the lamb shanks with Cow Camp Garlic Season-All and brown, add onions and wine. Lower to medium heat and simmer for 2 hours or until meat starts to separate from bone.
